Off the shoulder drama sleeves also appeared on the runway in Fall 2017 from Saint Laurent, Christian Siriano, and Jonathan Simkhai. Ruching is another big trend from the runways this season (see the Saint Laurent image.) This dress features both in a lovely placement print.
